As
a growing resource for qualified
commercial & residential trade
services, the Renovation Co-op
provides an important
"bridge" between
contractors, lenders, and commercial/residential property
owners who seek a "safe"
and reliable environment for the purchase of
repairs, renovations and other
construction-related projects.
The Co-op also provides a
centralized estimating service for
its member-contractors, along with many other
administrative support functions
including secured, web-based
contract and document preparation. This
proprietary system enables each
contractor to print out detailed contracts, specifications
and other documents that pertain to a specific project/client
(residential or commercial),
resulting in more accurate
paperwork.
By providing these back-end support
services, The Renovation Co-op
brings much standardization to
the industry, which in turn,
protects both contractors and
homeowners through better
communication and agreements between
parties. |
