It is designed to have our in-house credit specialists review your information, from which a recommendation will be made for the most appropriate lending resource.

Note: With the exception of the major banks, all private lenders (whether individuals,  credit unions or investment companies, etc.) must have all of their mortgage loans arranged through a licensed mortgage broker. Most of our investors use their own "in-house" brokers to officially conduct all of their transactions.

Once we have initially determined the scope of your personal situation, we will then refer you to one of these in-house broker specialists.
